depends on location of bite and if you have any allergic reactions to bees some people use the epipen for that if the bite is on the eye in the eye or mouth any place where there are mucus membranes id say yes get it checked out other areas of the body put tobacco or toothpaste on the bite

a good thing to use is baking soda with a little water to make a paste put on leave on till dries
